This executive family vacation Villa is built on a large corner plot in the relaxing surroundings of Aviana resort which is one of the newest communities in central Florida. This home is without a doubt furnished to an exceptionally high standard. We worked closely with one of Orlando's leading designers to create a luxurious contemporary home with superior quality furnishings and stylish fabrics throughout.
This 6 bedroom Orlando home offers over 3,000 square feet of incredible living space. It has luxury facilities and is equipped with everything a discerning guest could possibly need for that perfect vacation. The bedroom accommodation boasts 4 luxurious master suites. The downstairs master en-suite benefits from a four poster king bed and overlooks the pool area. Upstairs there is a further master king en-suite, 2 junior master bedrooms with queen beds and 2 twin rooms. There are 2 very spacious living areas, a formal living room and a family area with comfortable sectional leather seating, entertainment centre with large 52 inch plasma flat screen TV and DVD. The family room area is open plan to the spacious kitchen. The high spec kitchen is highly equipped and has an informal breakfast area and there is a further formal dining room which has a serving hatch from the kitchen. There is a large themed games room complete with pool table, air hockey, foosball and pub table. In addition there is a comfortable seated loft area with a Play station 2 console for the kid's enjoyment.
This beautiful Villa boasts an extensive layout. The accommodation is over two floors and benefits from cathedral ceilings to give it a light and airy feel to it. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax inside or soak up the Florida sun outside.
Outside, the extended poolside area is fully screened and has a removable safety fence for the protection of young infants. The upgraded pool and bubbling spa offers optional heating. There is a covered extended lanai to provide shade from the midday sun. You will find plenty soft upholstered sun loungers and patio furniture and there is a BBQ available to hire if you want to enjoy al-fresco dining by the beautiful sparkling pool.
There is complimentary use of Aviana resort facilities including a 6,500 square foot state of the art clubhouse which will be complete December 2007. This features a resort pool, child's pool, splash area, community hot tub, sand volley ball court, putting green, cyber cafe, fully equipped gymnasium/exercise room, reception, social area and sundry shop.
For keen golfers our villa is located only 5 minutes away from Champions Gate, the award winning golf course and resort designed by Greg Norman. There are also over 25 other quality golf courses throughout the Orlando area.
