What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests all in the comfort of a bedroom

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

How far away is Walt Disney World?

The villa is only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

Are there any medical services nearby?

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Shopping Centre 2 minutes away which is beside a drug store (Wal-greens).

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

How do we book?

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.

What if your villa is not available or I require additional accommodation?

We have access to similar quality housing within the Aviana Resort area and will happily direct you to the owners.

Is the pool heated?

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to March.
